Maybe i don't know the correct search term since i would assume this to be something that people have made posts about in the past.

I recently reset my BIOS because of a overclock that would make my comp crash every second day or so. I reset it my removing the battery and put it back in a minute later.
After the reset my comp started to do what appears to be constant FPS drops when watching youtube or playing video games and don't move my mouse for 2ish minutes. As soon as i move the mouse again the lag will stop.
There are no problems with VLC media player or Windows media player. It only happens with videos on the internet (streaming i guess) and in computer games.

I'm wondering if anyone know what i need to change to fix this?
