Will this budget pc build be able to run PlanetSide 2 well?

Solution
As above I agree, but I would also get more RAM, dual channel 8 gigs is a lot better choice. 4 is simply not enough, I hit 5 gigs under heavy sessions, also my rig in my sig, runs it at 30 average fps with medium settings at 70% render quality.

Thanks man. However I pretty new to pc gaming and I'm looking at the minimum specs and everything seems good but does that build have a Directx compatible sound card? I don't really know what that is so I'm lost. Can you help? Also, what is Directx?

I suggest NOT getting that CPU. It is bulldozer architecture which is inferior to piledriver which was a massive improvement. Since Planteside 2 is very CPU intensive you will lack FPS. On my old FX 6200 (also bulldozer) and a 2GB HD 7870 I was struggling to get above 30 FPS.

Instead, I'd recommend that you get one of these CPUs: FX 4300/4320/4350/6300/8320/8350. I checked and they are compatible with your motherboard. If you can stretch your budget far enough get the 6300, best bang for buck processor around. The 4300 is fine too though. Just know that if you get the CPU you have currently selected you may be severely disappointed with it as I was.

Well, I would but its just too far out of my price range. However, I will definitely get more in the future. I would now but I simply can't afford it.

There is a link to the REVISED build of that computer. Just a quick disclaimer this build was based off of KristianAA's build. I just swapped the CPU. How many frames will this get me?
