overseas GTX 680 vs Radeon HD 6850

Found this GTX card but I don't know much about specs, what I see is more bits and memory to replace my Radeon HD 6850, do shaders matter?

It's about twice as fast if not more, the specs are irrelevant.

The 680 is by far the more powerful GPU

Not in the least, most places rate the 680 as about the 4th-5th best GPU out there, behind the Titan, 780, 290X, 770 and right with or lightly better than the 7990
