CoD: Ghosts PC Problems! Really Need Help!

Hello, I bought Cod: Ghosts on the 5th of November and I have been experiencing random crashes, lag and other problems. The weird thing is that my pc can play BF3 on Ultra, 1080p and 30+ fps. I used fraps to benchmark Ghosts on Ultra in 1080p. I was getting 30 - 60fps but even when I was getting like 50 fps it seemed like it was playing at 20.

My Specs:

OS: Windows 64bit

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB

GPU: Zotac gtx 660ti AMP Edition

Mobo: Asus M59A7

SSD: Kingston V300 120gb

HDD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue

PSU: 650W Corsair Enthusiast

CPU: AMD FX6300

Anyways, Are you guys getting the same problem? If you are, do you have any fixes and is it a problem with my PC or the game?

P.S: I've tried most, if not all of the fixes on the net but still the same problem......It says 50 fps but plays like 15 or 20

Driver optimisation is probably needed , expect it to be released within a week

i did my cpu go up to 99% en ram between 70% en 90%
i have really high stuff of a pc

specs:

cpu: FX 8150 8core 3.66GHZ
gpu: HD 7990 6GB
mobo: Asus Crosshair V formula
Ram: 16GB Corsair vangeance
Psu: antec 850W 80+ bronze
cpu cooler : Corsair H100
OS: 7 home premium 64Bit

so i think that will be ok to run CoD ghost
or not ??

I also have problem of stuttering and lag ......the game need patch from developers and more driver optimisation from nvidia .......wait for few days ....as we r in the launch week of game .............

I'm not the techiest of people, but I have heard that the Ghosts PC port is absolutely terrible, and has a lot of problems. Including micro stuttering, lag, crashing etc. Your PC can (obviously) play most, if not all games. It's a problem with the game, not your PC. I'd wait for updates from Infinity Ward, and a driver update from nvidia before playing again. But by all means it is not your computer, so don't worry about that and play some BF4 while you wait.
