Hi, the title says it all. The pc works fine, i just have that problem. The specifications are in the signature. It's currently overclocked to 4.3 stable. It only happens when i turn the psu off. If i leave it on it will boot normally.

More about : starts turns post turn fine

on motherboard it a sign that the ram and mb are not reading right and the mb fails to set the ram speed up and has to power cycle a few times. the first fix is update the bios to see if your mb missing ram code. if it still reboots make sure your asus mb running in standard mode and the ram set to xmp profile.

the ram is set to xmp and the bios is updated to the latest version. is there a way to restore defaults without using the jumper on the motherboard. I don't want to lose the raid array.

make sure your ram in the right slots. in the aus bios make sure your running in standard mode. performance mode changes the ram timing.

the three modes are not realy good modes for overclocking. your better off using standard mode and use xmp profile then change the cpu voltage and speed yourself.
