You use the same 4pin molex from the PSU, but not the 6pin pcie power connector that is for the GPU only.

There are only two 15 pin sata power connectors coming from PSU ( used for SSD and HDD) and two 6 pin PCI express.

ANd molex connector has only two pins to it? is is 2 pin molex connector?
Sorry for noob question. :p

Just connect it to molex via adapter or plug it onto mobo fan 2/3pin plug

I am new to all the terms so may I ask what adapter are you talking about?
And mobo fan 2/3 pin?

I have the short-term solution for you.
1) Buy one Athena Power Model CABLE-S15S15M4 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
2) Then use one of your 15 pin sata power connector plug into this adapter, now you have one 15 pin sata power connector for DVD or HDD and one 4pin power connector for Drive Bay Fan.
And the long-term solution, you may look for PSU on sale this year BF.
