I know there are millions of threads/questions exactly like mine but I've gone through a lot of them and I still end up with doubts.

atm, I have:

OS: W7 Ultimate 64bit
GPU: Radeon HD 7850 OC 975MHZ 2GB 4.8GHZ GDDR5
PSU: Corsair CX500 500w
RAM: 2X4GB 1600MHz DDR3

& I'm planning to buy:

MOBO: Gigabyte Z87X-D3H (http://www.ncix.ca/products/?sku=84040&vpn=GA-Z87X-D3H&manufacture=Gigabyte)
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K (http://www.ncix.ca/products/?sku=81327&vpn=BX80646I54670K&manufacture=Intel&promoid=1089)

What I want is to play BF4 with 60fps(all settings on low) on my 1920x1080 21.5" monitor.
Will I be able to do it?

Thanks!

Yes, you should certainly be able to considering this is Ultra Quality:

You can't really trust charts anymore. Considering I get average of 90 FPS, min of 80, and at best close to 110. I have a MSI GTX 770 TF 4GB
