nononoo,, i5 750 is strong enough...
i5 haswell would increase more like 2-4 fps
  11. so if i got a gtx 770 would the fps increase drastically or will i not see a big difference because of the cpu
  12. If you OC that CPU it will be plenty good.
  13. i5 750 will bottleneck 770 but not 660 ti...
buy 770 now and buy i5 haswell later..

If you want to upgrade one or the other now. I think it would be worthwhile upgrade the CPU now and Haswell's 1150 socket will be used by the Broadwell when it comes out next year. While the GPUs will be getting cheaper so you'll be able to get even better performance for the money in the future if you wait. Your currernt VGA card isn't that old and should let you get good game play in the mean time.

  18. yes he can upgrade but he seems budget oriented, so maybe not now. but good point little
  19. Yes Ice it might be best if he waits on upgrading until he has more money in is upgrade fund, so he can do it right. I don't upgrade that often but when I go I want to get the best I can so I'm happy with my computer and I don't need to upgrade it for a long time.
  20. +1 littleleo
