Need a board for Intel Pentium D 925

I have this CPU, Intel Pentium D 925.

I know it's a LGA 775 socket which one of my computer's are but it wont work with it, probably because its a Dell and the chipset is different or something. It's a Dell Optiplex 330.

I just need a motherboard that is 100% going to work with this CPU.

Newegg.com shows 4 LGA 775 mobos with 3 from Asrock for $40 to 60.
