Right now I planning on getting the NVIDIA Quadro K600 and 2 ASUS PQ321Q monitors. I have also thought about some serious gaming and thought about the Eyefinity 3 and the Eyefinity 6 and I would not mind paying for it. I just don't know what graphics card, monitor(must be thin bezel), and mount to get.
