Whenever i type or do anything with the mouse my monitor( and i have 1 other monitors in the past) shakes ever time. Do you think it could be that my desk inst sturdy enough, or maybe i just need to invest into a nicer monitor. I am almost maybe looking into a "monitor stand or monitor arms".

This sounds more than anything like direct vibration from the normal force of hitting the keys, and the normal movements of the mouse. Sometimes if things aren't perfectly flat you can get a vibration movement, especially now that a lot of monitors are mounted on those mini stands up off the table with the base under them. I have a pretty sturdy and hefty desk, but my monitor still has some sway and flex on the stand, I get some shaking of my screen when I am typing emails or doing work for school, etc.

I really don't think it's an issue with the monitor, sounds like it's just classic vibration from typing and moving the mouse. You could possibly put like a piece of foam rubber or foam insulation under your monitor stand, and have the monitor rest on that. Only issue then is that you're putting the monitor even higher up in the air, and it could defeat the purpose, since the higher you have it off the ground, the more susceptible it would be to 'sway".

I agree with Oink, try putting the keyboard on your lap and type there see if it happens. If it still shakes you probably have some sort of ghost that just wants to annoy you :p

That table looks wobbly just looking at it. I have an asus vs monitor though 24" and don't have a wobbling issue. But I have a very sturdy metal desk.

The tabletop is made out of particleboard so it'll always have wobbling issues. Support beams connecting legs will help wobble on the leg joints but particleboard will flex easily which may be the issue in the first place.
