Used gigabyte 7950 flickering

I just got my 7950 gigabyte amd in mail yesterday and I like it allot but the only game I have played on it is league of legends and occasionally the screen will flash white like in this video for a nano second, it happens like maybe once or twice every 30 mins. i did buy the card for 180 bucks from amazon warehouse so thats a very good deal. Is this a bad card and should I return it or is there something I can do to fix it?

It looks like the old dx 9 flickering issue (google 7950 dx9), assuming you´ve already tryed with the latest drivers you can test it in another pc or lend it to a friend for a couple of weeks. If the issue persist then, by all means, rma the card (or ask for your money back), you´ll save yourself a lot of time and headaches. Mine does something similar (occasionally) while on 2d or while playing semi obscure dx9 titles, with some drivers it goes away almost completely.
