2 144hz monitors or 3 60hz for surround?

I am wanting to get some new monitors pretty quick and I am looking for some opinions to help sway me in one direction or the other. I am on a budget. I can get 2 of the 144hz monitors for $240 each and wait to get a third sometime down the road or I can get 3 of the 60hz monitors now for $150 each and have surround now. Any comments or experience with either monitor?

If you are viewing lots of fast action then the 144Hz are better. If not the 60Hz are just fine.

if you have 780 sli then go for 144Hz

I am definitely leaning toward the 144hz monitor right now with how much I love playing BF4
