Hello all,
I have been experiencing a lot of bsods as well as SATA devices not being recognised. I have a week old ASRock z87 extreme6. I think the problem is the motherboard but I am not sure. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Do you have the latest BIOS and mobo drivers? Not the ones that came with the mobo, but from the web site, those on the included CD/DVD are often outdated by the time you get them...might also want to try with a single 280X and if all well that way, then try with the other by itself...., check that the DRAM is set up via XMP and not sitting in aAUTO, if so it is prob at 1333 with less than optimal timings

Semi on Holidays, try and stay away - (and often end up playing with my own rigs) so basically every day it's one thing or another ;)  though will say used to be even worse when I worked for a 40hr job, then it was that and working on building my own business - am finding I get more selective on what I chose to work on though ;)
