Ok, so it's not really a random shut down, as it does not go through the process. More like it loses power instantly and then goes back through the start-up process. Sometimes I get a bluescreen which I will upload a pic of in this message. I have taken my computer apart and reseated everything. This computer is only a few months old.

Specs: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, Processor i7 8 Core 3.6 ghz(not overclocked), Cooler Master Hyper N520 CPU Cooler, Crucial 4GB DDR3 1600 PC3-12800 Ballistix 240pin x2 RAM, XFX Ghost w/ 2gb memory Graphics Card(although with 64 bit it shows that its 4gb), Intel DX79TO Motherboard, SolidGear 750w PS2 ATX Power Supply

Solution
I checked around and it can be a lot of different problems. First I would try and go through the drivers and from there start checking each component one by one. Some people had it be the ram went bad, others bad sectors on the HD. Hope this somewhat helps
