I just bought a Powercolor HD 7990 and not getting the fps that I thought.
I am getting 40 fps average on very high in Far Cry 3 and got a Firestrike score of 9171. Is this normal? I have the core clock to 950 and memory clock of 1375. Downloaded the latest drivers and software and games are recognizing it as 2 cards so I do not think that is the problem. Also I have the card plugged into a pci 2.0 slot but I don't think that makes that big of a difference. My specs are
