I recently received a new SSD that I went ahead and installed on my PC. I installed Windows 7 on the SSD and gave it its first boot. First thing I installed was my graphic card drivers. Restarted and went to modify my background while updates kicked in and I restarted again. Upon the restart my first problem occurred here. The error was boot was missing. Took me a bit and it turns out the boot was set on the HDD I had connected during the install. I managed to boot the PC again. When I did, I went through to copy the boot partition from my old hard drive to a DVD (I tried copying to a partition but it didn't work). In the process, through disk management, as I right clicked on a partition of my HDD, I clicked the mirror option and hit ok instead of cancel. My partitions outline color went from blue to yellow. From there on my unsolvable problem has been there. Upon restating it, my ASUS BIOS options screen came up, screen saying my SDD drive was detected and again the ASUS BIOS options screen and the final state of the problem came up, a black screen with a forever blinking cursor displaying at the top left stays and forces me to restart and just hit this dead end. I've restarted the reinstall over 5 times on the SSD and nothing helps. Im at a dead end and neither my new nor old drives boot up.
