good spec and hardware for game PC this day??

Well, we can definitely help you out, but we need more specifics. You can, theoretically, make a gaming-capable system for as little as $300, and a high-end system can easily go over $3,000 if you're indulging yourself, so we'd need a more precise idea of your budget to give many specifics. Beyond that, you mention HD, but would that be referring to 720p, which is what many people refer to as "HD", 1080p, which is standard for most contemporary monitors, or some other resolution?
