I have dell 960 ultra small form factor. It is quad core q6600 (2.4Ghz) with 4Gb ddr2 ram.
I am now using Nvidia 210 1Gb ddr3 GPU which works perfectly on my PC (dell 960).
My question is :
Are the dimensions of Nvidia 210 and ATI radeon HD 7770 are same, will HD 7770 work on my pci-e 2.0 support PC?
please reply.

Need a few clarifications.
First, there is no Optiplex 960 USFF, only MT, DT and SFF ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_desktop/...

Second, can you provide more detailed Video card model, for old and 7770. By the way, 7770 requires power supply upgrade, so I need to know your real model number prior to advising anything.

Video card is ATI RADEON HD 7770 (simple version)
My specs are
Dell optiplex 960 (lol not usff :D  sorry but i think it is usff)
Quad core q6600 (2.4 Ghz) not OC
Ram 4Gb DDR2 and DRAM frequency 399Mhz
Nvidia Geforce 210 1GB DDR3 (not OC)
and only one Pci-e 2.0 slot (on my main board. It is currently used by my Nvidia 210)
And lastly in my power supply I found this
"Max output 235W"
Is this is also my pc PSU ????

According to Power Supply rating of 235 watt, you have Optiplex 960 Small Form Factor.
Power Supply shape is proprietary (made to fit this particular PC mOdell), and therefore, can not be upgraded, so you have only 235 watt.
The only reasonable GPU, which can work with this PSU is HD 7750, considering that, you need low profile card, the best choice for you is Sapphire 7750 LP http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Nothing stronger will work in your Optiplex, final answer - 7770 not going to work!

Anything else's I can help you with?

Actually I provided you with the BEST option already Sapphire HD7750 GDDR5 LP.
Gddr5 is faster than ddr3, ddr3 might give you more memory size, but it is good for higher resolution, slower action - video editing and playing, Photoshop and similar. Gaming superiority comes with GDDR5.
