i5 3570K ranking 5.9 in WEI

I installed my CPU yesterday, and installed my RAM (corsair vengeance 1600MHZ 8GB) and both are showing up as 5.9 in the windows experience index... yet ive read about people getting scores of 7.5 with the i5 3570K... (this is at stock speeds atm, but so what the other peoples I read about) is there any setting i need to change or do I have a bad chip?

Tested on a 32bit system, CPU = 20-60c

You are probably running Windows Vista? It has a limit on 5.9 for no apparent reason, this does not mean that your hardware is slower. I don't recommend using WEI score as a rating of your computers performance.

Oh right, learn something new everyday :)
I haven't finished my build yet, but I wanted to test everything as i wont be able to but anymore parts until christmas, so i used the hard drive out of my laptop (windows vista, 32-bit)

I don't use WEI as a way of testing PC Performance, I use it as a guideline so I know which parts are slower/bottlenecking my system.

Guess I won't be able to test it properly until I get my SSD and Operating system :(
