how do i intall antivirus on laptpop using window 7

First you need to have administrative rights (logged in as an administrator of the laptop)
Secondly, you need an Antivirus, CD or USB Stick or Direct Download.
You need to have bought one so you can activate it online later.
Then you let it autorun and follow the details you see onscreen.
That's about it.
Connect to the internet, the antivirus will update it's database and will run a complete scan.
The next time onwards you are good to go.
