Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

Do I need to get a new PSU? or would my current one suffice?

i currently have this

been wondering if this is enough for a R9-280/280x or if i should get a higher wattage PSU?

Sufficient amps on the +12V rail.
80+ certified.
630watt.
That's all you need mate! Your psu will work for you
