My rear case fan and CPU fan are not working. They show up in Speedfan as 0 RPM and my CPU is running at a critical 70-90C.

They are plugged in to the motherboard and show up in the BIOS, but I can't seem to get them spinning on the Automatic or Full On settings.

Pictures incoming.

Edit: Some of these have been rotated oddly enough.

try pulling the fans from the mb if one of them is bad they can burn out the fan controller on the mb. also with the system off see if the fans spin fine. one of the fan could have failed.

The rear case fan glides beautifully, but the CPU fan is a bit more stiff.

So should I pull one fan out and see if the other starts working?

After following the wires around a little closer, I noticed that my rear case fan is not connected to the MB, but to the power supply (I did not build this computer).
