I have a custom built pc that was made about a month ago. There were never any big problems with it until now. Whenever I click shut down on windows it does not shut off completely, instead the monitor shuts off and all of the components still work. Even case led for the power is lit. To shut it off completely I have to press the power on the PSU. Any ideas on why this may be?
