Uefi Bios dont save settings

yesterday a made bios flahback form 0403 to 2005 and now when i try to change something and save ,restart it nothing boot up and settings are not saved :Motherboard ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0
CPU: AMD 8150
Ram : Corsair 2x8GB KIT DDR3 1866MHz CL10
GPU: AMD HD 7950 3GB

no error ,monitors are just black and have no signal and system is not booting sorry bad english

Try pressing the mem test sw. After pulling the power plug for 15 sec. or so, re-insert power (AC) while holding down the "mem test sw" located on mother board, an LED either flashes or stays on...but usually after a short couple of seconds the machine boots up with everything set at minimum (more or less). Any way a least this should get you at least a diplay, and allow you to enter BIOS setup. If that does not work try reloading the new bios again back on the CMOS ram, and repeat above procedure. Of course first verify the CMOS(CLRTC) jumper is in it's correct position and that you have a new battery in the holder!?

Sorry, I was only referring to not booting,...not, not saving settings. That;s why I recommended mem sw., for getting the thing to boot at all, then try re-loading and or re-downloding a fresh BIOS. Sorry if I created any confusion!tomtomale I may have misinterpreted the question?
