Problem with Wi-Fi on laptop after system restore?

After restoring my laptop to factory settings it wouldn't connect to my home Wi-Fi, in the device manager there is no wireless adapter or whatever it is called (I'm no expert) but before I restored it, it connected perfectly fine, what have I done and how do I fix it?

You may need to install drivers.

Get the drivers from the laptop's manufacturer's site. There's probably a few other drivers as well.
You can look at device management, and look for the yellow exclamation marks for devices that it doesn't have drivers for.

Tried going through the manufacturer but they (Stone) wouldn't recognize my serial number so this cause an issue but I found this YouTube video and by using that I managed to install the correct drivers and everything works fine now. Thanks for your help anyway.
