Yeah, that's what i opted on for at the start. Tell me, would you spend 50 extra on the sabertooth for its rog armor? cause it is missing a lot of features( the sabertooth i mean) and still is more expensive.

Looked at the ST also and had a build on it, my opinion was no, both run about the same temp wise and the Armor in par is suppose to help it run cooler, plus from working on other Sabertooths, they tend to gather dust and stuff under the plates, so I went Hero, my son did the same

And suddenly i may have enough moneys in a few months to buy a gaming pc. I will consider getting the 780Ti and wanna ask if it's worth
getting the maximus vi formula for the extra 90-100. I will prolly add you answer as the solution as im not gonna buy my pc yet. Also, i would like to go with a liquid cooling system to cool the formula, the cpu and maybe the gpu. What would you propose? (i have looked at frozencpu but im not sure of what i will need and the water block for the 780ti isn't out yet)

Have yet to find a need for Liquid cooling with the Haswells, and can't really tell if it would be needed till you get your CPU and can try it - results are mixed on their OCing - might want good LC if you get one capable of 4.7 or 4.8 and going to run 24/7 - Asus did some testing on a couple hundred 4770Ks and found only about 20% caould even clock to 4.7 and only 10% to 4.8

mine runs 24/7 at 4.6 under a CM GTS V8
