I have a sandy bridge ASUS mobo with a i5 2500k cpu. I know my mobo has PCIe 2.0 I currently have dual 560 ti hawks from MSI in there. I want to upgrade to one 760 OC card. Do you think I will have enough to run BF4 on ultra? I have 8 gb of ram and I can upgrade to 16 if need be. I do plan on going to Windows 8 also as I hear there are performance boosts. So do I have enough to not have any bottlenecks at the PCIe area to run a 7 series card and if I get this card do I need to go to the 4gb model or am I ok sticking with 2gb? I am not at home but I believe I have this mobo...

Solution
Yes it would be enough for ultra on single 1080P monitor with 2GB. If you are on windows 7 no reason to go to windows 8 if there is boost it is so little that it is not noticeable. There will be no bottleneck.

Rolli I appreciate the quick response. So anyone want to buy 2 560's? lol. I'm running a 27 inch monitor non IPS so I think I definitely should be ok, sweet, now to get the funds together while also grabbing an xbone, oh the holidays.

If you where going to SLI and run higher resolutions than 1080P either high res monitor or extended resolution over multiple monitors that is when the 4GB kick in, really the card is not powerful on its own to run those resolutions so I would not worry about the 4GB unless the plan is to SLI.
Another thing is I am not sure how much of an upgrade it is going from your dual card setup to a single 760. When a single 560Ti has 63% of the 760 performance http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_760/27.html maybe a little more money and GTX770 is a better option.

Interesting about the 770. No plan to do SLI again, the 560s gave me random lockups in BF3 so I want to avoid that since it gave me random lockups in BF4 beta when I tried that. I canceled my preorder but now I am getting the itch to play and feel I should just upgrade my cards to a single card.

I have access to MSDN so it wouldn't cost me anything :)
