Hi,

I've recently installed a new Z77 MB (Asus Maximus V Gene) replacing my MSI Z77A GD65 Gaming board. My H100i was working perfectly prior however now that my new build is up and running I've noticed no lights showing up on the pump.

I've installed the latest version of Corsair Link with the latest firmware. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck.

Any ideas?

The light means it's getting power from the fan header for the pump. Is that fan header activated in the bios? Can you plug a fan into the header for a quick second and see if it turns on? You could also try moving the pump power to a different header.

Hi and thanks for the reply.

The motherboard comes two fan headers adjacent to eachother named CPU opt and CPU fan. I have plugged the fan connectors into both and fans work fine. I also switched around the fan connector cable that plugs into the pump.

Still nothing.
