What graphics card i should buy ?

I recently bought a Radeon HD 7750 GPU and i get a bottleneck when i start crysis 1 my cpu is 100% used and game lags. Suggest me what kind of GPU my machine could handle ?

My specs:
CPU: Intel core 2 duo e4300 1.8ghz
GPU: Radeon HD 7750 (previuos Radeon x1650 series)
Windows 7 64bit
4GB of RAM ddr2
PSU 400W
Resolution 1440x900

If it works it is not slowing the machine down. The problem is the CPU and with slower card the lags will only get worse.

You can probably get E6600 off ebay for $40 and OC it to 3.1GHz with a $10 fan.
It's a cheaper and better solution than buying another GPU.

Make sure your mobo supports a better CPU(It should with newest bios )
Update your bios if you have to.

although i suggest the core i3 4340. Your PSU is the limit you need 500W to upgrade further.

For the GPU i think 7750 is decent. Just upgrade your CPU
