Very big bottleneck or just some kinda of fault?

So i am playing BF3 i get terrible FPS with this setup 10-25 Fps running at 1024x768 at Low settings
Intel celeron E3300 OCed to 3.15 Ghz from 2.5 Ghz
ASRock G41M-VS3 MB
Ram some kinda of Kingston ram i think Valueram 2x2gb stick running at 1333 Mhz
Sapphire radeon hd 6670 DDR3 edition
WD blue 160GB IDE HDD yea it's fuckin* old xD
Corsair CX 430

So as i seen a youtube videos that this Sapphire GPU should be able to run BF3 at 1366x768 on low 35 FPS settings and 1024x768 at high settings 35 FPS but that guy had FX 4100 so i don't get eaven close to that FPS so i did some "Bottleneck" monitoring! and here are the results i am playing on Map Noshahr canals with 5 players on each TEAM!

and i can't eaven change the Voltage on my GPU what should i do what's the problem? it is cpu or something else? should i oc my CPU to 3.3 Ghz max i can push on stock voltage from 2.5 Ghz

Nah Celerons are decent CPUs eaven these times but about GPU yea it can rut in at 1024x768 35 FPS high settings but i can't run 1024x768 25 Fps i barely run 17 Fps but it shouldn't bottleneck that much! i think there are something else from that! alittle bit of CPu and something else

Sorry I don't agree, Celerons are budget processors.
