I plan to buy a new motherboard, CPU, RAM, graphics card, and PSU. I have everything but the PSU picked out. I really just don't know what I need as far as wattage.
Motherboard - ASUS Sabertooth z87 LGA 1150
RAM - Ripjaw 8gb(2x4gb) 240-pin DDR3 1600
CPU - Intel Core i5-4670k Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core
Graphics Card - EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX 760 2GB

Let's assume I will be overclocking -- just to be safe.

a b U Graphics card

Well if you're overclocking (seeing from your selected parts it's somewhat certain that you are) a 750W PSU should do you good. But I heard you could get away with a good quality 650w psu. Like this one

XFX550 would do the job easy http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb...
Antec HCG620M semi modular http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620m is a good option as well.
