Hi,
I am currently using this PSU (600W) and i have Powercolor AMD Radeon 7850 which requires only one 6pin power connector. I am considering to get new graphics card, ASUS R9 280X which requires dual power connectors; 6pin and 8pin.
My PSU has that 6+2 and 6pin connectors no problem there. Question is, is my PSU strong enough to handle R9 280X? It is not modular, it is Bronze certified 80Plus PSU. Thus i am not sure if my new graphic card will work properly with my current PSU.
Additional informations: I am not going to use Crossfire or such. My PC is on like 12-15 hours everyday, usually under load (in game). Playing 'heavy-ish' games like BF4 or so.
Thanks in advance!
