Howdy folks,

Been trying to fix this problem and google for answers for like 4 hours now. With no success what so ever. So I would be greatly thankful if anyone can help me out.

Basicly I have two monitors connected to my PC one with VGA + DVI adapter at the end. (this one works fine)
The other one i connect with HDMI on both ends, my PC understands that it is connected ( can see it in device manager or display settings or CCC settings) yet the monitor itself claims "Not connected" and goes in to the sleep mode.

Both monitors work flawlessly if I use only one of them (vga+ dvi adapter).
I've tried many different settings in display settings and in CCC, updated drivers on Monitors, updated video drivers, nothing.... Any ideas?

To sum up:

Win7
AMD Radeon HD7700
2 Benq monitors
1. HDMI connection
2. VGA+DVI adapter

I have the identical problem. worked fine for 4 weeks, not the computer and monitor will NOT play ball if connected via HDMI. seems a HD 7700 series problem for some reason :/ .
