Can you run it? I would say it is likely you can. Will it run well? I guess that depends on how high you want the graphics settings. If you had one of the 7600 series graphics cards designed for gaming you'd probably do OK. Your CPU meets the minimum system recommendation. Your GPU isn't a high end laptop GPU but it is better than most.
