Those 580 cards do not support DirectX 11.2. Only select AMD cards currently support it.

Nvidia cards do not currently fully support DX11.1 (only the bits that matter), and that's the latest ones.

can an nvidia gt630m run directx 11? i downloaded it to play bioshock infinite but all i got was the installer and the installer did nothing. also how do you run it?

Windows 8.1 ships with DirectX 11.2, there is no need to install it. The only directX libraries that need to be installed are legacy versions to support older programs. These can be installed through the DirectX Web Installer.
