Cheap is a subjective matter, do you already have that motherboard and CPU? what's your budget for the entire build? are you buying OS, monitor?

I know you're just asking for a GPU, but you need to provide more information if you want to receive accurate suggestions.

Depends what "cheap" means to you. What's your budget? What games will you play?

Here is the specification of the computer -

HD - Western Digital Caviar Green (1 TB)
DVD Writer - ASUS DRW-24B1ST
Motherboard - GA-990FXA-UD3
RAM - (2X8) 16 GB Corsair Vengance kit 1600 Mhz
Processor - AMD FX-8350
SMPS - CMPSU-650TX 650W
Dell Monitor - 21 Inches
Dell Wireless Keyboard + Mouse

This is already costing me too much, so can't afford to go beyond 3500 Indian Rupees.

In case you can suggest any alternative mobo with inbuilt graphics card, that would also do.

Why do you need 16gb? Are you doing something else other than gaming? Also, the fx-8350 is just the 8320 overclocked to 4 ghz. You could get yourself the latter and save a lot. For the motherboard, as you said in the original post, you wanted a 970a-ds3. That'll be enough (unless you do extreme overclocking or want to do sli/crossfire in the future). For a graphics card, I suggest looking at the R9 270x or the GTX 760. Great affordable cards for gaming/other things you do. But you'll be saving a lot of money if you took the advice I said above. With the saved cash you could even get an ssd or a better gpu (R9 280x, GTX 770)
