So, I've been getting terrible screen tear with my new GPU. I have V sync on the game itself, tried it without it. I've tried setting V-sync on with the Nvidia control panel, didn't work. I've tried triple buffering.
Specs:
Nvidia GTX 670 4GB
Interl(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz
16 GB RAM
Screen resolution is at 1920X1080 60 Hz
I'm using the driver 331.65
Windows 7

Games this has been experienced:
Civilization V
Call of Duty Ghosts

i don't think it's anything to do with your V-sync i have mine on and off in games with no problem with my 670's or even when i was using just single, the driver your using is correct try different monitor if no then try graph card in another computer
