Need more DDR3 ram, what can you recommend

Hi, im getting low on ram and im thinking of changin it, this is my actual gaming setup:

CORSAIR DOMINATOR 6GB (3 x 2GB) on tripple channel
ASUS P6X58D Premium
i7-930
GTX 480

I was looking at the G.Skill Sniper (3x4gb), whats the difference with Ripjaws?
To maintain the tripple channel setup, is the tripple channel worth it or should i get a dual channel ?

I also found a G.Skill Sniper with 1.25V, this offer less performance than 1.5V?

Triple channel is native to your CPU and will run most effectively and up to about 10% faster than dual channel, would suggest you get the full amount of DRAM you want in a single set like say 3x4GB, don't count on being able to simply ADD new to your old, it can be problematic, rather get what you want/need, get it stable, then can always ty mixing the old with the new (if any problems give me a shout) and if they play together it's bonus ;) if they won't can always sell the old or use it in another rig
