no fps difference between NO AA and 8xMSAA !! (crysis 3)

Hey bro , update that damn game to V 1.3 . & turn off the VSYNC . & there is a console code for removeing FPS cap . google for that too . that game has a FPS CAP
By the way you have a strong SLI setup thats why lowering or rising the settings makes no difference .
if all you did . wouldnt fix the problem then UPGRADE your CPU . you are hitting a bottleneck . by the way
dont upgrade your system for CRYSIS 3 . that game sucks . just a piece of software to prove you that your system can never run it smooth with steady FPS !

yup, I'd put my money on you hitting a CPU bottleneck.
if you have the cash, I'd advise upgrading to an ivy-bridge or haswell platform. an high-end FX chip from AMD works well too. your current CPU was good for it's time, but it's outdated now
