i5 2320 and Asus P8Z77-V LX Motherboard

Will these two components work toghether? I have an ATX case and all the other components, but I need to know if these two will work? The specs for the Motherboard are here:Socket 1155, 32GB DDR3 Support, ATX, Intel Z77 Express, USB 3.0, CrossFireX Support, Dual Intelligent Processors 3). Sadly I wouldn't know where to look for the CPU specs, so if you could help, that would be great! :D

They are compatible, and if you get the good deal on that MB then you are OK, otherwise you can the H77 MB because the Z77 is for OC the k version cpu and it is more expensive than the H77.
