I am trying to build a new pc and the parts list is:

Corsair 300R ATX Mid Tower Case
Gigabyte GA-X79-UP4 Motherboard
Intel Core i7-4820K 3.7GHz Processor
Corsair H60 CPU Cooler
Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) Memory
Corsair CX 750W Power Supply
Gigabyte Radeon R9 280X 3GB Video Card

My main concern is space as I am not too experienced on the matter, mostly about mounting the H60 scince the vengeance ram modules are not low-profile (I think). Will it be an issue? Any suggestions?
I would also like to ask if the H60 will be enough to cool the 4820 (I currently do not have any plans to overclock the cpu, will see in the future)

More about : fit

The memory module size is not a problem. The closed loop coolers have a very small footprint around the CPU, basically one of the reasons to use them as well. It should do a fine job of cooling your CPU.

I was thinking about the space the fan/radiator is going to need (it would probably be mounted at the back) and not around the cpu. Sorry for not clearing that up straight away

The H60 is hooked up in the pictures on the Corsair page for the case, so you should be good on it.
