Why? What would be the difference?
(I can already see how you may misinterpret that question. So just to tell you in advance, that was a genuine question and not me disagreeing with you.)

well micro atx has more expansion slots mainly. you picked a mini itx which packs as many features as it can onto a tiny board, meaning only one expansion slot and 2 slots for ram, and all the while you have a case that can fit a micro atx motherboard. getting a micro atx board will leave room for adding cards/ram in the future should you ever need it.

that being said, if you are stuck on that board, it will fit in the case and work just fine. you'll need to understand that it will look very very small in that case though haha

Do you have any recommendations for a micro atx motherboard? Preferably with the same features and in the same price range. Also I would like to thank you for the time you have taken helping me.
