Hello, i followed the steps in the guide, but couldn't install the Kraken Control 1.1.0 on my Windows 8.1 Professional x64. After this i installed my closed loop cooling system, and then tried to install the driver once again, and the installing progress was interrupted once again. Could you help me please?
Thank you.

You might want to check that the software is supported. Windows 8.1 is quite new. (My mouse software isn't supported as an example)

Though I must say there is something weird going on at NZXT or with my firewall, none of the download pages seems to be working...

In either case, if that isn't the latest version, give that a try.

It is the latest version of the controlling software. I set the complatibility to windows 8. Maybe I should try to set it to windows 7. By the way i can access the nzxt's webpage.

I cant see what guide your following but I had an issue with my x60. try going into c:\programfilesx86\nzxt\ in that folder rename the kraken folder to something else(I add old to the beginning). make sure the kraken software is off as well as open hardware monitor. I am using the newest 1.6 as well. http://www.nzxt.com/uploads/downloads/drivers/kraken_control_v1.6.zip
another thing I saw mentioned in the guide is to remove the usb header reboot install software shutdown plugin usb header. I didn't have to do that part though.
