Hello everyone! I would like to ask your suggestions for a stable overclock set-up for EVGA's GTX 780 CLASSIFIED. I already tried but I am failing to achieve a stable configuration via Precision X.

I found on the internet (here is the link: http://www.overclockers.com/evga-gtx-780-classified-acx...) a nice hint for a mild OC specifically for the 780 Classified. They are talking about +120 MHz GPU clock offset, +200 MHz Memory Clock Offset and +38 mV of overvoltage in LN2 bios mode (115% power target prioritized).

I tried to perform the same configuration, and I even reduced GPU clock offset to +100 MHz, but after some playing time, my games freeze or keep on crashing into a black screen (and sounds keep playing).

I started this thread so maybe 780 Classified owners can help me find a stable overclock configuration... Help me out guys (and girls)! :(

Thank you :o ) Best regards!

A couple things. First off, keep in mind that no OC is guaranteed. Just because one card will OC to a certain amount, does not mean that another card will hit the same speed.
Second. Try pulling it back a bit. A 120 offest is putting you very close to 1300 under load; mine starts to destabilize around 1300 without increasing the voltage further.
Third, along those same lines, this card will boost way beyond the listed amount so you need to keep that in mind.
Lastly, keep in mind there are varying levels of stability, so take reviews with a grain of salt. As example, I can get my card "stable" at 1375, and it will make it through a 5 minute benchmark, but it will crash in any game at that speed because it isn't truly stable.
