I'm, playing a game and everythiung goes black, and my computer sounds as if it is restarting and then the a window pops up saying "Start in Safe Mode" or "start windows normally"because it didnt shut down properly. I just changed out my RAM sticks becausr they are new and maybe that could be the problme but not sure.

keep in mind this happened 3 times in a row now after having that ram for about 2 weeks. But I just changed it now. I also have 4 hdds. 1 with my OS which is an SSD 120gb EVO samsung, and the other 3 are pure storage for games, music, etc.

Anyone have any idea before I trial error each and every piece...is it a video issue? I'm not randomly shutting down when I'm surfing the web (like right now) or playing music. It seems as if when I play games

Damn i posted a lot on my own question..but i think i found the issue. im sli'ing two 780's and i've been reading it could be a bad gpu that i got, so i took out the bottom card and started playing and it seemed to have fixed the problem. here are my specs because maybe it was overpowering for my psu or probably is a bad gpu: sabertooth z77, 3770k, 120gb and 250gb ssd EVO, 1tb WD velociraptor, 1 640gb WD, 1 fan controller up to 4 fans, 1200PSU NZXT HALE, dominator 16gb ram 1866mhz, h80i cooler. 9 fans. im assuming my 1200w can handle all that so it must be a bad GPU. My temps werent bad either. About 67-70c for the top card and the bottom was less than that when playing games.
