Ok, in need of some advice as the best route to go.

Motherboard: Asus M3N78PRO
Monitor 1: Samsung Syncmaster 2223NW
Monitor 2: Samsung Syncmaster 225MW
Additional Graphics card: Ati Radeon 2000 Series
OS: Windows 7

I always used to use monitor 2 via HDMI, however the HDMI is now rather blurry and always going off the screen. I have tried different HDMI cables but to no avail.
Monitor 2 works great with VGA and I want to maintain my dual screen setup. Which is where I purchased the additional graphics card.
Whenever I put the additional graphics card windows will never start up, I have not seen anything output from the additional graphics card. I have updated the BIOS and tweaked all the on board settings but cannot get it to work.

Any ideas? Should I buy anything else? Change my monitor for another with a HDMI and bin off the additional graphics card? Or get a new graphics card?

Cheers
Ste

Processor is an AMD phenom 9950, and it's got 4gb of ram. Windows 7 is the 32bit version.
The second graphics card is second hand and I do not have the original drivers. When I tun the AMD software which tells you what file to download the file it says is correct does not exist.
