I recently just bought a Sapphire R9 280X Toxic video card to go in my current computer and to be used with a new build sometime early next year. I currently have a Corsair TX750W power supply. My power supply is a few years old, so I'm not sure if the current model has the same connections. There's a link below for the current version. Digging through the connections I can only find 6-pin connections that have a 2-pin offshoot. I believe the card comes with (2) 4-pin --> 8-pin power adapters. Do I assume I use the 6+2 pin connections to make it an 8-pin connecion or do I use the adapters supplied with the card? I appreciate the help.

Edit: I didn't realize the 2-pin offshoots on the 6-pin PCI-E power cables the first time around.
