Depends on what the load is. If stress testing, those temps sound good. If gaming, I would say that they are a tad warm. That is the spec for Tcase, which is significantly cooler than the cores he is monitoring. Tcase is the temp of a thermocouple inserted into a groove machined into the top of the IHS. This is very different from a core temp.
