Hey all. I just finished my first PC build last night, so im new to this and mildly clueless haha.

Anyway, it powers, i can get into the UEFI and all that works fine. However the issue is that it wont actually boot into windows. If i dont enter the UEFI during POST, im prompted to "Launch Startup Repair (recommended)" or "Start Windows Normally". Ive tried both, neither works. The repair does its thing for a few minutes and then says it cant fix the issue. And if i start windows normally it bluescreens with an error.

During my build i adopted my brothers old hard drive which has windows 7 on it. Everything else, including MOBO, RAM, CPU and GPU i installed.

How can i fix this? Ive heard reinstalling windows works but i dont know how without being able to actually go into the PC.

You can't take a hard drive out of one machine and stick it in another. The OS is installed for a specific motherboard and components.
You need to re-install the OS to it.
